Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Hi, I’m Natalie - the sole Occupational Therapist and the face behind Little Peaks OT. I am a passionate paediatric OT, and have had the privilege of working exclusively in the paediatric space for the past six years, supporting children and their families.

My practice is grounded in a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. My support is guided by Dr Ross Greene’s research and the belief that children do well if they can. I believe in meeting children exactly where they’re at and working collaboratively to understand what’s getting in the way. Through meaningful accommodations, thoughtful scaffolding, and skill-building, I work closely with families to support children to develop confidence, capability, and participation in their everyday lives while always honouring who they are.
